I had some popcorn texture coming off the ceiling in my garage and a couple of my rooms. Richard (the owner) came out and was on-time & professional. He had a team member come out within 2days to re-popcorn the repair spots. The team member was also on-time and very professional. He did a great job. I would use them again.

We could not be more pleased with Richard and his team! From the very beginning, Richard was quick to respond to my inquiry and came out the next day (on time, I might add!) to give me a quote. He gave great recommendations and advice, and he was friendly and respectful. His quote beat 3 others. Each day of the job, he and his team showed up on time and ready to work! Every member of his team was friendly and respectful, both of us and of our home and belongings. They worked HARD and got the project done much sooner than quoted, and yet the quality was top-notch! Richard made sure we were pleased the whole time. They moved furniture away from the walls for us and then moved it back at the end of the day. Richard and his team are now my go-to recommendation for painters, and I am so glad we found him! Thank you, Richard & team for your hard work and beautiful finished product!!

We hired Y & D to paint walls, ceilings and trim in 3 bedrooms, living room, foyer and hallway in a house in Gainesville. The owner, Richard, was extremely professional and helpful, and he and his crew did a fantastic job at very reasonable price. We were so pleased that we are hiring Richard again to paint our kitchen cabinets and walls. I Highly recommend this company.

Richard is very professional. He did exactly what I ask and in a timely manner. He answered questions after hours. Work thru the weekend to get the job done as quickly as possible. Every time I need help with something other then painting Richard always has a contact person for me. His a hard working man and his crew are also nice, clean hard working. They saw up on time and finished the work quickly. He fixed things besides the painting when I asked to fix my light fixtures. Definitely I would give a referral to my friends, family and share with my neighborhood.

Richard Silveira and Y and D Painting was a pleasure to work with. Because of delays caused by my HOA, he and I stayed in touch with each other until I had approval and could get on his schedule. Once he and his team of people were able to begin work, they coordinated the project with me to ensure they had access to the areas they needed to work. Whenever I had questions, they were quick to take time to answer. At the end of the job, the team cleaned up and only left me with a newly painted and repaired home that looks great. I do not hesitate to recommend for any painting job and plan on using them in future for my interior work.

Richard painted the entire inside of our 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house we were preparing to sell. Richard is very reasonably priced, thorough and promptly responds to text messages. While his crew was painting, I added several other projects, such as replacing some siding and some pressure washing, as well as staining the deck, and he gave a very reasonable price for each.

Richard ensured that we were satisfied with the project (painting three rooms including one with a trey ceiling and one with a pitched ceiling). The work ran a little longer than estimated but did not exceed the budget. I have another painting project that I plan to do with Richard.

This is the second time I've used Y&D Painting and it definitely won't be the last. Richard and his crew took great care to protect our home while doing an excellent job painting our kitchen cabinets, walls, ceiling and trim. They cleaned up everything before they left, and oh, did I mention the price? Super reasonable! I would absolutely recommend them for any interior or exterior work.
